Brazoria County Courthouse Masterplan
MBCO is proud to serve Brazoria County as part of the team to complete the Brazoria County Courthouse Campus Masterplan approved by Brazoria County in March 2019. The Master Plan focused on the 9-block area in the City of Angleton’s downtown district which houses the existing historic County Courthouse, Brazoria Counties’ tax offices and Engineering departments. The master plan was designed to optimize the existing infrastructure as well as developing additional spaces to prepare for the next levels of County growth and lessen their impact on County operations. MBCO engineering worked to prepare plans and obtain necessary permits to redevelop the campus for this vision. This included the development of 2 additional buildings, the expansion of an existing building, a new parking lot, improved utility infrastructure, and the enhancement of pedestrian paths throughout the campus to improve mobility and safety.
